Thanks Red - I've blocked those bots as well.
I've installed Captcha a few weeks back for user creation which definitely helped our Spam - but if anyone has any other tips for reducing Spam I'm all ears

It may be beneficial to allow only moderators to create pages, if at all possible.

This might be a good start - but it will limit the growth of the Wiki if Mods aren't available etc, but I'll try and look into this too

So I did a little bit of number crunching this evening and thought I should share it with the world so to speak

And so I present to you the "Card Statics" page on the wiki. It breaks down the cards by type and percentage across each of the decks.

They have stepped up a notch, but not as much as a couple of weeks ago when we had over 100 odd accounts and pages created all in one weekend. Very glad we aren't back at that level !

Anyways we can keep knocking them over as they pop up

Just cleared 17 more spam pages this morning and last night that need to be deleted. Just a heads up.

EDIT: Don't know if this is a viable option, but seeing the currently limited number of people who actually edit the Wiki, perhaps this extension is a viable option?

As for new signups, I'd try and find a way to check them against their username here so that we don't have any question as to whether or not they are a bot.

That looks like a relatively easy fix! Leave it with me, I'll post an update once I've added it

So I believe I've added the ConfirmAccount extension (THANKS RED!) So people now have to Request an account for me to approve
