Description:
In the victory screen, a scull and bones appears among the crown. This seems incorrect, as it appears in all victory types and with any level of rot, and overlaps slightly strangely with the crown. I think it's a bug because it seems appropriate to some kinds of victories (rot-related wins) but always appears.
Repro Steps:
1. Win a game (any victory method) with any level of rot.
