Unplayable
« on: September 22, 2017, 10:23:59 AM »
Multiplayer has become completely unplayable.  Over and over, after players select their characters and start the game, it hangs for a few minutes and eventually gives a network error.  I cannot report the problem in-game because I can never get in-game anymore.  Help!

I found a workaround that sometimes works:  if any player doesn’t have a double-digit level, quit.  A one minute penalty is better than waiting several minutes for a network error.

This happens every time?! That's so weird, I mean we haven't received any other records of this occurring to other players.

We'll look into the matchmaking system to try and identify the cause of the issue. It would be a great help if you could email us at qa[at]leagueofgeeks.com and add the relevant logs for the session.
