"there is now a personal daily 'coin flip' maximum."

"We've been working closely with Valve to enhance and refine the Steam Inventory systems and how we use them. As such, there are a few tweaks and changes behind the scenes that the vast majority of players won't notice. One facet of this is that there is now a personal daily 'coin flip' maximum. This maximum isn’t something we expect players to hit regularly if ever. This has been implemented as a protective measure against potential drop exploitation and to just maintain a healthy trading economy.. "

What do you mean by that? Now players can't farming dices? What is this "personal maximum"? Only one flipcoin per day?

If the flipcoin is now limited, I hope drops are now equilibrated? (I mean, not 80% chest 20% keys like other seasons)...
