This is the Usurper's DLC.  Bandits are part of the "Founders DLC" to be released later.

It's for Steam, PS4, and Xbox One. Nothing has been said for the DRM-free platforms (Humble Bundle and GoG) yet.

For anyone who's interested, Trent responded that there wouldn't be new achievements. I'm sure Usurpers will be great none-the-less.

Absolutely.  DLC owners will just be able to player characters the others cannot.

Aww, achievements make everything more fun. I really like that the achievements in Armello are well thought out and not just throw-away easy stuff. Getting them feels like, well, a achievement!
