He could be a veteran fighter who punishes mistakes enemies make in combat...

Ability: Each time an enemy rolls a miss, this character gains 1 shield and 1 sword.

Sounds like swords edge, but it's not... and the math works out if he starts off with low fight stats to compensate. (like he's a tired old veteran but can be spurred to fight harder against tougher opponents)

I gave a much fuller explanation of this on a suggestion thread I started here:
http://leagueofgeeks.com/forums/index.php?topic=1882.0

That said that thread is about suggesting for a Cat Fencer archetype as well as possible Cat Clan related to Royalty. And I gave 3 possible different stat builds and 3 appropriate abilities for each of those stat distributions, totaling to 9 different suggestion combinations.

But after reading this thread, I think that I'd like to put this particular idea out there... a low Fight stat fighter who has an ability that is responsive to enemy die rolls... a true duelist... someone who enjoys the fight and keeps it challenging regardless of the opponent... imagine Sana fighting this character with this ability.. it would be balanced... Sana with only 2 die rolls won't be able to trigger this much because how many misses can 2 dies produce? So the old duelist won't really try as hard versus a weaker opponent... but against a stronger opponent, then it scales.

So I just noticed something while updating his Wiki page.

The description in the Opening post says "A Badger the Size of an Ox".  He is clearly not, he's one of the smaller heroes, unless Armello has VERY small Oxen.  Any intention of making his model/artwork scaled up?

This is a retelling of seeing Horace by an Armellian. It's all purely story telling and rumours from the land of Armello.

From the perspective of a rat for example, Horace may have appeared "as big as an ox". It's all part of the narrative of Armello, not necessarily a literal comparison.

Ok, I'm taking out "Hulking Berserker" from the wiki page.

Hehehe, gives new perspective to the term "a little birdie told me".

Looks awesome for sure, for more future clans ideas what about Ravens. A rogue / assassin  type  with low health but some sort of natural passive blocks making them hard to hit ( sense flight can't be represented in battle the added passive blocks would work in its place. )   What does everyone think??

Interesting idea! Not too dissimilar from Zosha, with their low health assassin typing! Definitely check out the Fan-made Heroes Workshop! You can get more ideas and critique once you've got your Raven clan character all fleshed out. :D

One small wrinkle is that LoG has mentioned they weren't planning on Anthropomorphising Birds do to their lack of Hands, the Banes, and that Something has to be Carnivore food.

Also, they are Bird Racists.

When they announce the IOS release, it'll also be the Bandit clan sale announcement.

Latest word on Bandits is that IOS is targeted for pre-Christmas 2016, but will be delayed to 2017 so as to not lose the launch to holiday madness if not ready by then.  The IOS development was delayed by developing for PS4  and Xbox. something they never planned when originally scheduling IOS for March 2016.

On a recent thread discussion of ways to improve his power was brought up.  One idea was that "passed" guards would scout for Horace for a turn.  Another was some way of having advantage during guard fights when bountied- preventing their halberd's dice loss or preventing a Prestige draining guard kill.
