Sorry to hear you've had a rough run.
Armello does need a stable internet connection to play.
Unfortunately any drop in connection will result in being disconnected.

We still support Xbox and working on a future update, so hold tight.

Hi all,

There is a bug showing several signets and amulets in hero select from that belong to the unreleased on IOS Rivals clan. These are unable to be unlocked until Rivals heroes are released on IOS. We are working on a fix to remove these rings and amulets from the hero screen.

The affected signets and amulets are:
Cat's Eye
Spinel
Chrysocolla
Taaffeite
Intimidate

You should still have all other signets and amulets.
Please let us know if other signet or amulets are affected!

Thanks for the report!

We're currently working on the next PS4 update, and will pass this information on to make sure any issue with the PS VIta remote play is investigated.

Unfortunately, the best work around we have at this time is to plug in a PS4 controller and use it to enter the palace.

We're currently investigating graphical issues that sound similar to your experience related to AMD hardware.
Do you have an AMD graphics card or processor?

Make sure your drivers are up-to-date.
If the issue is still occurring, attempt rolling back your drivers to the previous version.

We've got your email and hoping you can send us a game log to help with our investigation.
Log Locations:
On Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\League of Geeks\Armello\logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/League of Geeks/Armello/logs
On Mac (el Capitan): /Users/<username>/Library/Caches/unity.League of Geeks
On Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/League of Geeks/Armello/logs
(Please note that some folders may be hidden and require terminal commands to view)

This is the first time we've heard of this issue on PS4.
Does this happen everytime?
Has the game been crashing back to PS4 menu, freezing, or NMAing* (No More Action)?

* Where the game no longer continues to progress but animations and sounds continue to play

Hi nyejyh,

Some of the folders can be hidden and will require console commands to reveal.

If you still can't find the logs, you can also send us an in-game bugsender report.
Start a singleplayer game -> Bring up the pause menu -> Click the bug icon in the top right of the screen -> Fill in a report.
If you can name the bug report as something like "UBUNTU OLD VERSION" this will help us locate the bug report.

Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience.
Super frustrating for the game to crash right at that nail biting finish.

To get a better idea of what is causing the crashes, we'd love to see you game logs (from the crashed game).
Please send through an email with the logs and a description to qa[at]leagueofgeeks.com and we'll investigate further.

That's certainly weird.
Are you running Ubuntu 32bit?
You will need to be running at 64bit in order to get the most up-to-date content.

If this does not resolve your issue, please send us through a game log with a description to qa[at]leagueofgeeks.com so we can investigate further.

(May need to show some hidden files)

How unfortunate!
There are some very, very, very rare expected occasions where only one quest card will appear.

But please let us know if this is happening often to you.
More than once in a Blue Moon you might say...
If it's happening often we'll definitely need to investigate.
