This is solid!
Any game is at it's best when the players have a great decision to chew on, and there are a lot of great options in here!

From the wording I take it if you are IN a settlement when highway fees drops you will not be taxed?

Gosh, I can only imagine the work it would take, but It would be fascinating to have a (purely cosmetic) "browse past iterations of cards" feature in the card gallery.

I love that Armello fosters great little "back when I started playing" moments between players that jumped on between different updates. :D

Man that Trickery deck has gone from an acquired taste to a real spicy treat over the last several updates!
The change to P&I is the hardest to instantly picture the impact of, but... in LoG we trust :D

Consider this fable:

Once there was a mouse, small but industrious.
It was impossible to know the motives of this mouse of course, as much as it seemed a very good mouse, perhaps it was just trained to act that that way for rewards... but this was a needlessly complex thought... for we could say as much of any creature, large or small, seen acting kindly.

And act kindly it did.
Being a very industrious mouse it exerted great effort, many times greater than such a small thing should be capable of, to gather little bits of the things it enjoyed, and heap them in a well made pile.

It took the mouse a long while to make such a pile, but it only paused to stop and see what others thought of each thing it gathered.
While it built its cornucopia if it heard that some one perhaps didn't like a particular nut or berry that it had put in it, it would take the item in question and show it to as many people as it could to ascertain if it was better left in the pile or taken out.

Finally the day came where the mouses store was finally done, it appeared exhausted, it also shook a little as a scared mouse does. This was after all a gift it had been making so perhaps it was terrified that for all the effort it put in, people may not like it.

But they did... when the people came across the big gift made by the small mouse they were awed buy just how much work had gone in.

But still the mouse seemed worried.
As happy as it made everyone visiting and nibbling at it, the mouse appeared vexed by every thing that WASN'T in the pile... running too and fro still shoring up their wonderful creation.
They were, after all, only a little mouse, and making something that pleased so many was a very big ask.

They scampered to where the pile slipped on one side and their little mousy belly grumbled with stress.
They sprinted to where they had included berries that some people found a bit chewy and their little mousy brow wrinkled with fret.
They ran over to where they had to stop making the pile neat and tidy because it was just so tall and they couldn't reach, even on their hind paws, and they looked small and ashamed.

But the guests kept coming... they couldn't see the shortcomings, only the colossal effort of one small mouse trying to make a gift that made a lot of people happy.

Except... as the saying goes... you can't please all the people all of the time.

A few voices in the crowd, late to the event, cried out:
"What is this?" they demanded "which person is responsible for such a thing! I can see flaws upon it in many places!"

Some of the other guests saw the little mouse's shoulders fall and it begin to pace, as a mouse does when it's sad and stressed, no one knew quite what to say... it was very awkward.

They wanted to let the dissenting voices know that the flaws were there, true enough, but they had watched for so long as the little mouse put together this thing, never ceasing to try and get it right to the best of it's diminutive means.
Even now this mouse, and not a being much larger as the voice had assumed, was spinning into a tizzy trying to make changes to please the few that were not pleased.... because, though small, the little mouse had never really stopped working.

But there was a sense that the kind of voice that would speak so angrily and make such assumptions of the scale of a person, might be the kind of person that could not be easily placated... and that MIGHT be the kind of voice that, when confronted with sincerity and honest truths about the relative scale of problems, may clutch their pearls and storm like thunder.

Instead those that were happy looked at the nice thing the mouse had made for them, and gladly paid the little mouse a fair price for such a large task pulled off so well and still labored over.

And who can know if it helped at all... for as we all know, it is hard to know what a mouse feels... but we do know that that little mouse has never stopped working, day and night, to ever improve the thing it made... and though not everyone can see it, and some feel the need to loudly point out any shortcoming, most are very pleased that such a little mouse, did such a grand thing.

Slight issue.
All existing characters have a stat block that sums to 16
(Fight + Body + Wits + Spirit = 16)

All your characters sum to 20 :)

I wonder what BLUE prestige numbers mean?

Are they just to highlight your own prestige?
